Who and why
I voluntarily consent to the website controller, fully identified in Legal information, processing the data I provide to answer my enquiry, clarify a technical task, prepare a quotation or arrange support. This consent is not used for collection until the controller is fully identified.
Data and operations
Consent covers my name, stated company, email or telephone, enquiry type and text, product of interest and, for support, model and serial number. If I voluntarily attach a file, it covers my data within that file only for the enquiry purpose. A reference, time, language and consent version are also recorded.
Permitted operations are collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use to respond, blocking, deletion and destruction, using automated and manual means. Public dissemination is not authorised.
Processor access is limited to the purpose and verified arrangements disclosed in the privacy notice. This draft is not consent to unspecified international transfers and does not replace data-location requirements.
If I request a brochure
For a brochure request, consent is limited to company name, recipient email, the selected material and technical details of the request. The purpose is to provide the requested PDF and resolve any issue receiving it. Marketing consent is neither requested nor implied.
Duration, withdrawal and separate consent
Consent lasts until the enquiry and agreed follow-up are complete or until earlier withdrawal. If retention is required on another lawful ground, the controller must explain it and limit use to that purpose.
Consent can be withdrawn through the verified controller contact published in Legal information, quoting a reference if available. Declining consent prevents use of this form but does not restrict browsing.
Consent requires a separate, initially unchecked control and submission after reading this text. It is not bundled with purchase terms, marketing or cookie consent. The control and submission are currently unavailable.
